Job Summary
Translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant AI agent architectures and design workflows using multi-agent orchestration, A2A messaging, and tool chaining. Architect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with enterprise systems while optimizing latency, token usage, and model selection for cost-effective, high-availability deployments. Embed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls to ensure adherence to industry regulations. Act as a trusted advisor by conducting workshops, POCs, and design reviews to validate architectural choices, collaborating closely with engineers to provide oversight during implementation phases.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge)
- Proven experience designing RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations
- Proficiency in Python and experience with API design/integration
- Cloud-native architecture skills (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps
- Familiarity with AI observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas)
- Exposure to reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLAIF) for agent optimization
- Background in AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices
