Solution Architect - Agentic AI

Job Summary
Senior Solution Architect focused on enterprise AI: defines and evolves the Agentic AI reference architecture (LLM-based systems, autonomous agents, orchestration layers, RAG and knowledge-driven systems), drives governance, standards, and adoption of AI patterns across product teams, ensures scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions, and partners with cyber/privacy to enforce Responsible AI. The role includes architecture leadership in ARB/GD2A/ADR processes, evaluation of emerging AI tools, PoCs/pilots, and mentoring other architects and engineering teams. Remote-friendly with up to two days per week from a remote-enabled setup, based in Paris, France.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, data architecture, or related technical discipline
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure
- Hands-on experience with data platforms, data pipelines, and integration architecture
- Strong knowledge of API design, system integration, and modern application architecture
- Experience with AI/ML solutions, including GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI concepts
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
- Good understanding of security, privacy, and responsible AI principles
- Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or similarly complex global organizations is a plus
