Job Summary
Solution Architect specializing in ServiceNow IT Service Management who translates client needs into differentiated, deliverable ITSM solutions. Collaborates with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to craft strategies and architectures that align with client business cases, requirements, and value propositions. Leads design and implementation of complex ITSM solutions, mentors junior team members, and facilitates communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and practical, innovative outcomes. Must have strong expertise in designing/deploying ITSM workflows, integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, and applying ITIL practices to deliver sustainable, scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management and designing/deploying ITSM workflows
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
- ITIL familiarity
- 15 years full-time education
