Job Summary
Solution Architect for CRM at 3Shape, responsible for end-to-end solution design across CRM, Web, ERP, and integration layers; define customer data flows, processes, and system interactions; translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions; own internal CRM architecture (Salesforce, Dynamics) including data model, workflows, and access structures; ensure data consistency and governance; collaborate with Tech Leads, CRM developers, Sales, Service, Aftersales, and Integration/Web architects; support Product Owners in shaping CRM roadmaps; promote standardization and reuse across CRM solutions; hybrid work option with an office in Szczecin, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or technical delivery leadership
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and technical teams
- Experience with enterprise IT environments (applications, platforms, infrastructure)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience supporting technical teams and delivery-focused environments
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery environments (nice to have)
- Experience with CPQ, subscription, or service management modules (nice to have)
- Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs) or advanced segmentation (nice to have)
- Hybrid work environment possible (explicit in posting)
