Job Summary
Collaborate with the Sales Team to create Statement of Work, Fee Estimates, and Pricing Proposals in MS Excel and MS Word, ensuring terms are clear, comprehensive, and compliant. Prepare detailed progress and status reports for internal stakeholders and clients using data from project management tools. Assist with planning and scheduling of resources for project work and maintain SuiteProjects Pro, SalesForce.com, and other MRI Global Professional Services systems to track performance and forecast needs. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Work within a hybrid model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) based in Cape Town, with U.S. EST hours and South African Public Holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Extremely proficient with MS Office
- Experience in identifying and analyzing inefficiencies in processes and workflows; and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Very tactical and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Can work effectively in cross functional teams
- Responsive to the needs of our customers
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Comfortable and capable multi-tasking
- Interested in career advancement within the organization
- Familiarity with SuiteProjects Pro, Salesforce.com, and Power BI
- Must be available for U.S. hours (EST) 8:30am-5:00pm
- Must be available to work South African Public Holidays
- Must be based at the Cape Town Office
- Must work in a hybrid model with 2 days in-office and 3 days remotely
