Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories for DevOps squads; define acceptance criteria and testing requirements; collaborate with business areas and DevOps teams to develop domain expertise; translate requirements into detailed system requirements and use UML/BPMN diagrams to document processes; socialize and gain stakeholder approval for integrated requirements; define and execute testing strategies and provide real-time feedback during development and testing; manage backlog planning and support solution delivery across design, development, and testing phases; participate in peer reviews and ensure quality and stability of solutions within the organization (Absa Bank Limited).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- Experience in business analysis and eliciting/defining user stories
- Ability to translate requirements into detailed system requirements
- Knowledge of UML/BPMN notation for documentation
- Experience defining acceptance criteria and testing requirements
- Familiarity with DevOps context and collaboration with squads, scrum masters and engineers
- Ability to prepare and prioritize backlog and contribute to solution roadmaps
