Job Summary
Solution Advisory Manager (Team leader) oversees the Solution Advisor team to bring expert solution and business process knowledge to customers, guiding account strategy, differentiating value, and driving customer success with SAP solutions. Responsibilities include engaging early in the sales cycle, qualifying opportunities, coordinating with sales/marketing/product teams, delivering compelling stories and demonstrations, ensuring value realization and renewal, coaching and developing team members, and expanding SAP footprint across solutions. Requires deep understanding of SAP Business AI, Autonomous Enterprise, SAP Applications, and enterprise cloud adoption, with strong leadership, communication, and executive-facing skills.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience in enterprise software, cloud, consulting, or digital transformation environments, including leadership roles
- Education bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA preferred
