Solution Advisor

Job Summary
Solution Advisor to demonstrate Sodales products through standard content/scripts, conduct trainings for new customers, prepare RFP/RFI responses, enable partners during opportunities, collaborate with sales and product teams on the pipeline, follow up on leads with demo scheduling, deliver customer presentations aligned to business needs, provide feedback to product teams from demonstrations, independently present to customer executives, schedule meetings, write reports and documents as needed, build relationships with IT/business stakeholders, and travel to customer sites/marketing events as required; availability to work in EST time zone; located in Toronto, Ontario with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution advisory role
- Software or technology industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of software development processes, cloud platforms (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform), and integration solutions
- Proven ability to deliver customer-focused product demos, presentations, and training sessions
- Experience with creating RFP responses, BRDs, and solution designs
