Job Summary
Solution Advisor role focused on generating new opportunities, qualifying and converting leads, and guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through Offerpad’s real estate services via high-volume phone conversations. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer goals, presenting tailored Offerpad solutions, closing sales, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with licensing/compliance teams to meet regulatory standards. Requires active real estate license (or willingness to obtain additional licenses), 4+ years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, high motivation, integrity, independent and cross-functional collaboration, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and availability on weekends/evenings. Salesforce/CRM experience is preferred; ability to think creatively and report findings effectively. Experience with CRM applications and sales experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License required (not at time of hire)
- Willingness to obtain additional licenses based on business need
- 4+ years sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, inclusive of active listening skills, and a positive and energetic phone demeanor
- Extremely self-motivated, results oriented and with a diligent work ethic
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
- Ability to work independently, in team settings, and build cross-functional relationships
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Available to work weekends and evenings (homeowners need us in the morning, night, and weekends.)
- Proven multi-tasker who excels in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to review, summarize, and report findings, and recommendations
- Intermediate-level technology experience (i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.)
