Job Summary
Solution Advisor Expert at SAP, focused on driving pipeline generation, solution expansion, and adoption of the agent-led toolchain across SAP’s strategic customers. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Architects, Business Process Management, Transformation Leads) and engages with senior stakeholders (including C-level executives) to translate SAP’s Business Transformation Management vision into tangible customer outcomes. Partners with internal experts (SAP BTM, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP CS&D) and ecosystem partners (Tricentis, Syniti, Palantir, Conduct) to build scalable delivery models, measure impact, and create referenceable customer success stories. Requires 8+ years in enterprise/SaaS go-to-market roles or equivalent, deep understanding of SAP’s transformation strategies, hands-on experience with SAP Signavio/SAP LeanIX/SAP Cloud ALM, and strong collaboration and communication skills across IT and business functions. This is a hybrid role in Barcelona, Spain, with up to 10% travel and a focus on delivering measurable business value and scalable adoption across SAP’s customer base.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise or SaaS go-to-market roles, or equivalent positions within software / IT organizations
- Proven experience in enterprise business transformation initiatives, aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and transformation roadmaps (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or RISE transformations)
- Strong understanding of SAP’s Business Transformation Management strategy, including the latest product portfolio, innovations, and their business impact for customers
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following solutions: SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM
- A value-driven mindset, with the ability to continuously assess and measure the impact of planned and realized initiatives
- A collaborative and open working style, with experience engaging across cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems
- A strong focus on standardization, repeatability, and building scalable delivery models
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly navigate new environments and grow in dynamic settings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to effectively engage with senior management and C-level executives across both IT and business functions
- Strong capability to build trust and influence stakeholders to achieve outstanding results
