Job Summary
Solicitor-Senior Associate - Projects (PFI/PPP) within a national Infrastructure and Projects team advising public and private sector clients on high-profile infrastructure contracts, including PFI/PPP and related services contracts. Provides practical and commercial legal advice across health, education, transport, energy, water/environment and regeneration; ideal for a lawyer with experience in PFI/PPP projects and long-term, complex contractual frameworks. Responsibilities include structuring and delivering infrastructure projects and complex commercial agreements, operational contract management of existing PFI/PPPs and sub-contracts, hand-back considerations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, business development, and contributing to internal/external training. Key skills include commercial contract experience, public sector infrastructure familiarity, and strong collaboration and delivery-focused advisory capabilities. Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, hybrid working arrangement.
