Job Summary
Manage complex, high-value cases involving solicitors' defence, including Pre-Action and High Court litigation, while shaping and implementing strategy. Resolve disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution such as mediation and defend proceedings at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. Draft complex advice for insurers and clients regarding policy coverage and interact regularly with clients to deliver effective solutions. This role sits within the market-leading Professional and Commercial Risk team, offering opportunities to develop expertise in solicitors' defence while collaborating across teams.
