Solicitor NQ - Corporate

Newly Qualified Solicitor within our Corporate team, working alongside senior lawyers on high-quality corporate matters, developing a caseload, and building client relationships from the outset. You will receive supervision and support while gaining exposure to a broad range of work across corporate transactions, including company formation, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and other corporate life aspects. The role spans corporate, commercial, tax, banking and employment work with clients including financial institutions, SMEs, owner-managed businesses and PLCs; the team has sector experience in energy, education, retail, logistics, healthcare, social care, technical, and banking. Responsibilities include supporting on large transactions, managing straightforward matters as you develop, handling client and internal inquiries efficiently, and working in a flexible, agile environment with hubs across the UK. Requirements include completing a training contract, strong IT skills, efficient file management, and a practical approach to legal work.
