Job Summary
Conduct general commercial litigation for local, national, and international clients, including contentious regulatory matters, commercial disputes, internal investigations, inquiries, and class actions. Handle files, identify issues, and proactively provide solutions while contributing to excellent client service and business development projects. Collaborate with partners and colleagues across local, national, and international offices to deliver complex and strategic dispute resolution work. Work closely with leading partner Merryn Quayle within the Band 1 Dispute Resolution team, leveraging extensive client exposure to develop professional networks.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice on a range of commercial litigation matters from a leading top tier, national or international private practice; or an in-house environment
- 2+ years' post admission experience
- an excellent academic record
- strong legal skills
