Solicitor - Clinical Negligence

Manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims at all stages, including trial. Handle cases from initial filing through to final resolution, applying expertise in severe injury cases caused by medical mistakes. Coordinate with the dedicated national team to ensure accurate case progression and effective communication with clients and opposing counsel. This role supports one of the UK's largest Clinical Negligence departments, which includes over 200 team members and holds accreditations from APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel. The position offers a 35-hour week with hybrid working options across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and other locations.
