Job Summary
Conduct national and international class action matters and commercial litigation, including commercial disputes, contentious regulatory investigations, and enforcement work. Handle files, identify issues, and proactively provide solutions to support client service while contributing to business development projects. Collaborate with leading partners and colleagues across local, national, and global offices to deliver technical advice on complex litigation and regulatory matters. Work within a Band 1 Dispute Resolution team to further develop relationships with existing and new clients.
Required Qualifications
- Australian or New Zealand practising certificate
- 2+ years' legal experience
- demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice on a range of commercial litigation or class actions matters from a leading top tier, national or international private practice; or an in-house environment
- an excellent academic record
