Job Summary
Review instructions and blueprint specifications, then populate PCBs based on work instructions, assembly drawings, and bills of material. Assemble components by positioning parts and subassemblies, examining connections for proper fit and fastening. Clean PCBs and assemblies throughout the process and after completion, while inspecting all work to ensure requirements are met. Sign off on travelers, date entries, and scan jobs. Requires hand soldering experience, ability to read blueprints, and working 1st shift (7:30am - 4:00pm) Monday through Friday with overtime and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
- Hand soldering experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to use various assembly tools including microscope
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
- 20/20 correctable vision in one eye
- Must be able to work 1st Shift (7:30am - 4:00pm)
- U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents
- Employment eligibility will be verified through the E-Verify system
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or comparable industry experience
- 1 year assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with soldering and assembly of military components
