Solderer III (25797)

Conduct assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies on the production line using work process procedures, diagrams, and specifications. Perform primary soldering of fine pitch parts, bottom terminated components, and thru-hole devices while utilizing a lighted magnified lens and small hand tools. Melt and apply solder along adjoining edges of work pieces, clean/polish work pieces and the soldering iron tip, and apply flux to surfaces. Examine products to verify conformance to workmanship standards and support ISO quality management systems and 6S objectives. Requires 5-7+ years of soldering experience, IPC certifications, and ability to utilize the OCuity electronic manufacturing system.
