Job Summary
Seeking a Solder Technician for PCB assembly with strong soldering skills in surface mount and thru hole techniques. Candidates should have experience in a production environment, proficiency in electronic assembly practices, and preferably IPC-A-610 certification. Full-time role with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in PCB assembly and soldering
- Strong proficiency in both through-hole and surface mount soldering techniques
- Familiarity with electronic components and ESD safety procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
Desired Qualifications
- IPC A-610 or J-Std certification
- SMT machine operator experience
- Experience in Lean/6 Sigma
