Conduct pre-use inspections of machines, equipment, and tools before activities begin, reporting any malfunctions to immediate supervisors. Verify material quality for welding processes, communicating irregularities to supervisors, and execute cutting and welding services on diverse structures using torches, machines, electrodes, and appropriate instruments per drawings or sketches. Secure pieces on benches or work sites, regulate welding machines per project specifications, and complete finishing work by removing rebarbs and spatter with grinders and wire brushes. Train assistants on minor complexity tasks and identify work site occurrences or deviations for daily reporting. Maintain clean and organized work areas, equipment, and materials, properly storing generated waste in designated containers. Requires TIG, MIG, MAG, and coated electrode welding experience on gas structures and pipelines, ensuring tightness. Minimum one year and six months of experience with TIG, MIG, MAG, and coated electrode welding courses. Full-time, 07:00 to 17:00 hours with lunch break, onsite in Porto Feliz/SP.
