Solar Site Project Manager

Review project contracts and scope of work, then manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multi-million-dollar solar projects. Oversee subcontractors and direct site teams including foremen, safety, and QA/QC staff while enforcing safety programs and equipment utilization. Participate in client coordination meetings, make timely decisions to ensure project success, and develop construction methods and management reports. Ensure all work meets specifications and drawings. This on-site role supports Sargent Electric's construction activities in De Pere, WI, requiring a Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent leadership experience.
