Job Summary
Conduct physical solar site surveys and assess job conditions upon arrival at prospective customers. Perform measurements on roofs and vents, then draw, document, and photograph sites. Utilize company documentation apps and CRM software to record surveys, confirm final designs, and transfer data to the operations team. Manage schedules to complete time-sensitive tasks daily and work with local municipalities to submit and retrieve permitting documents. Fly DJI drones and drive the company vehicle with a clean record. Requires at least two years of related experience, bilingual Spanish/English skills, and ability to work in extreme weather.
Required Qualifications
- Must be knowledgeable and able to fly DJI Drones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
- Must be organized and self-driven and stay on task
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must exercise responsibility and accountability in an independent environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage a dynamic schedule
- Clean driving record and responsibility to drive company vehicle and safely manage company assets
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years related experience
- Prolonged periods of standing and being on feet
- Must be able to lift up to 50 - 70 lbs. at a time
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
