Solar Sales / Roofing Project Manager

Job Summary
Conduct cold calls and virtual sales consultations to generate leads and close contracts for solar and roofing projects. Build client relationships by answering product questions, delivering educational presentations, and completing energy audits. Manage the full project lifecycle from site surveys and permit coordination to scheduling inspections and notifying operations of completion. Maintain all CRM data, financial records, and change order logs while resolving technical and contractual issues. Work six days a week including nights and weekends to meet monthly revenue goals. Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be highly motivated and self driven
- Availability of six days a week, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years Solar industry related experience
- Valid driver license
- Prolonged periods of standing and being on feet
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
