Solar Sales Representative responsible for owning a residential territory, meeting homeowners, presenting solar solutions, explaining financing, and guiding customers through the purchase process. Role requires door-knocking, networking, and following up on referrals; participate in weekly training and pursue growth opportunities within Sunrun. Must be 18+ with direct or commission-based sales experience preferred, be self-motivated, able to work a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends), comfortable outdoors and walking, and hold a valid California HIS license. Compensation highlights include uncapped commissions with potential for six-figure earnings and ongoing training and growth; top performers earn well into six figures with a performance-based incentives program.
Required Qualifications
