Job Summary
Solar Sales Representative responsible for developing and managing a residential sales territory, knocking doors, networking, and guiding homeowners through solar solutions and financing, with performance-based earnings and ongoing training. Requires self-motivation, willingness to work outdoors with flexible scheduling (including evenings and weekends), and possession or eligibility for the California HIS license. Position includes uncapped commissions, territory growth opportunities, and career advancement within Sunrun’s sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License or be eligible to obtain one; initial role as Sales Scheduler if license not yet obtained, transitioning to Solar Sales Direct Seller upon licensing
