Job Summary
Solar sales role with all leads provided and a W2 with full benefits. Close high-value solar, battery storage, roofing and HVAC projects across CA, TX, AZ, and FL with pre-qualified, warm leads and a 90% sit rate. Earn potential of $250K+ with top reps exceeding $300K, 50% of commission paid before install, and biweekly pay. Must have solar sales experience, HIS license and a valid driver’s license; attic access and roof-climbing ability required. Flexible schedule and reliable transportation are needed to handle appointments across multiple product verticals and geographies.
