Job Summary
Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations by engaging homeowners in friendly conversations about solar energy and home savings. Qualify leads based on eligibility criteria and educate customers on financial and environmental benefits before scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with Energy Consultants. Accurately document all customer information and appointments while attending ongoing training to stay current on products and promotions. Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
