Job Summary
Lead the successful construction and start-up of solar projects (60-130 MW per site), directing the site management team and coordinating across owners, alliance partners, craft labor, subcontractors, and suppliers. Responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation; oversees CPPM implementation, change orders, field purchases, and commissioning plans; maintains project controls and safety/quality targets; mentors field staff and ensures alignment with project strategies and owner expectations; requires travel and on-site presence Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field
- 5+ years experience on similar projects in construction management role (with Bachelor's degree)
- 8+ years experience with 3+ years at superintendent level or above on large projects (No College Degree option)
- Solar experience on planning/electrical side
- Scheduling & budgeting experience
- High voltage experience (preferred)
- Willing to travel & be onsite Monday - Friday
