Job Summary
General Foreman responsible for planning, organizing, and directing foremen and craft teams to meet the project schedule and comply with state and federal requirements. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and schematics, supervising foremen and craft workers, interpreting specifications and job orders, enforcing safety regulations, planning work sequences, estimating workload and costs, resolving problems, maintaining time records, coaching and leading team members, and building collaborative relationships across diverse organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience
