Job Summary
Assemble solar modules, panels, or support structures; measure, cut, and assemble structural framing; lay modules; organize job sites; and assist electricians and Level 2 Installers. You must work with heights on rooftops and climbing ladders, lift 50-75 lbs, and possess general electrical, solar, and roofing knowledge. This role requires a high school diploma, at least three months of experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Required Qualifications
- General level of electrical, solar and roofing knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work with heights; on rooftops and climbing ladders

- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 months experience
- Prolonged periods of standing and being on feet
