Solar Installer responsible for installation and oversight of field electrical work for residential solar systems, including rooftop or ground-mounted installations, maintenance checks, site assessments, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing explanations of system operation. Collaboration with lead electricians and project team, adherence to local codes and manufacturer specifications, and emphasis on safety and efficiency in completing installations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar installation or related field preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with solar installation processes and project management
- Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in solar installation
