Solar Installation Manager

Manage Solar PV installation projects from mobilisation through to completion, planning labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors while tracking progress and implementing corrective actions. Lead and supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and training to junior engineers while enforcing strict health, safety, and workmanship standards. Conduct site surveys, review designs, and ensure installations meet MCS standards and industry best practice. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and liaising with internal sales, engineering, and procurement functions. Ensure full compliance with legislation and building regulations through regular inspections, quality checks, and final sign-offs. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Office-based in Solihull with regular site travel, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for project demands.
