Job Summary
Perform maintenance and operation of utility-scale PV plants, including monitoring PV Plant operation through SCADA, commissioning, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying AC and DC solar PV systems (inverters, PV module arrays, transformers, switchgear, metering). Requires 3+ years of experience in Utility Solar Operations & Maintenance; strong knowledge of electrical safety, arc flash standards, and Lockout Tag Out; proficiency with CMMS, reading electrical schematics/prints, and familiarity with local/national electrical codes; ability to work independently at multiple PA sites; valid driver’s license;英文 communication; willingness to travel to service multiple sites; prior supervisory experience a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical certifications, state, journeyman, etc.
- College or technical degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.
