Job Summary
Senior Solar Field Sales Manager responsible for hands-on field leadership: daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train and develop skills; mentoring and coaching the team to improve performance; closing your own leads to drive personal and team success; collaborating with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales team; implementing best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency; monitoring team performance and providing feedback to foster growth; ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the process; and staying updated on industry trends to keep the team competitive.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experience.
- At least one (1) year of solar sales management experience.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs.
