Job Summary
The Solar Electrical Technician will ensure safety compliance, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, utilize various testing tools, and support training and environmental compliance initiatives in a full-time role at Strata Solar Services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of experience with energized AC or DC systems
- Ability to demonstrate basic working knowledge of electrical theory
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics
- Aptitude for learning and understanding operation of various testing equipment
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate well with peer Technicians and other personnel
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Ability to operate in a professional workmanlike manner
Additional Requirements
- Must have the ability to travel for extended duration to remote project sites
- Must be able to work on-call, during off-shift hours, and weekends
