Job Summary
Lead a team for solar installations, ensuring high-quality work and safety compliance. Seeking a candidate with strong solar experience and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of solar installation experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of residential PV systems and components
- Valid OSHA 10 certification, or ability to obtain
- Ability to accurately read and interpret solar plans and wiring schematics
- Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs. and work on your feet throughout long workdays
- A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working at heights and ability to scale residential homes in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Follow safety and company guidelines
- Provide consistent updates on project progress
Desired Qualifications
- NABCEP certification preferred, but not required

- Willingness to travel within the state as required
