Job Summary
Conduct field inspections and safety walkdowns using ArcGIS to verify contractor work against project specifications and document observations. Coordinate daily with the civil team to manage upcoming inspections and address quality deviations or safety concerns. Respond promptly to incidents, assist in root cause analysis, and monitor compliance with contract requirements and weather-related risks. Maintain accurate digital documentation and communicate progress clearly to site teams and project management while promoting a strong safety culture. This role requires 7+ years of construction management experience, preferably in renewables, with OSHA certifications and proficiency in ArcGIS and Procore.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen or hold a green card
- 7+ years experience in construction management
- Prior experience in civil inspection and on-site safety oversight
- Proficient in ArcGIS, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA certifications (e.g., OSHA 30) or equivalent training
- Must have a valid drivers license
Desired Qualifications

- Bilingual in Spanish and English
