Job Summary
Development of application software in Delphi and/or OpenCL for time-resolved fluorescence microscopy; enables clients to preprocess their scientific data by implementing solid data analyses; converts domain requirements into efficient algorithms and heuristics and iterates on them (algorithm design); parallelizes algorithms to optimize performance and scalability; designs and builds graphical user interfaces (GUI); conducts code reviews and tests, particularly unit tests, and creates end-user documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im mathematisch-naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Erfahrung im Implementieren numerischer oder statistischer Algorithmen
- Praxisrelevante Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in objektorientierter Programmierung z. B. C++ oder Pascal (bevorzugt Delphi)
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
