Job Summary
Modul-Ownership und Modernisierung im Bau-/PropTech-Umfeld: Übernahme eines geschäftskritischen Moduls von Design bis Deployment, Monolith zu Microservices, Clean Code & Tests mit TypeScript, AI-unterstütztes Development, Fokus auf Sicherheit (OWASP Top 10) und Performance, enge Zusammenarbeit mit Junior- und Senior-Developers, Product Ownern und UX; Hybrid Work-Setup in Berlin mit 1–2 Home-Office-Tagen pro Woche; Anforderungen: Abschluss der Informatik oder vergleichbares, Node.js Backend mit TypeScript, React-Grundlagen, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Agile Methoden, Erfahrung mit Coding-Assistants, saubere APIs und Quality-Tools, Englisch C1+.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbar und erste Berufserfahrung im professionellen Coding
- TypeScript-Node.js Backend, Basics in React Frontend; Postgres, GraphQL von Vorteil
- Agile DNA: Erfahrung mit Scrum/Kanban, Pull-Requests und CI-Pipelines
- AI-Augmented Coding: Bereits aktiv mit Coding-Assistants gearbeitet oder Interesse daran
- Performance & Security Mindset: Skalierbarer Code, saubere APIs, Tools wie Sonar, Snyk
- Sprachkompetenz: Englisch C1+ (Deutschkenntnisse sind Bonus)
