Job Summary
Conduct verification of customer software using provided technical documentation and achieve builds across various programming languages. Identify, diagnose, and resolve build issues while analyzing requirements and technical documentation to understand dependencies. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and stay updated with emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes. This remote role supports our software escrow solutions for the cloud era, mitigating third-party risks in business operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years development / DevOps experience
- 2+ years of experience with Linux, Windows and Mac environment fundamentals
- Basic understanding of popular backend languages (Python, Java, NodeJS and PHP)
- Prior experience or understanding of database- and server configuration (MongoDB, SQL, MySQL)
- Prior experience or understanding of Git
- Experience with various build tools, like (but not specifically) msbuild, webpack, maven, and others of the type
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development tools
- Strong ability to analyze technical documentation and identify key requirements
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with teams and clients
- Ability to adapt to various programming environments and quickly learn new technologies
- Strong team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of front-end languages HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of AWS technologies
- Basic knowledge of API configuration
