Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and user interfaces based on customer requirements, focusing on Android XML for HMI components. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects to define application structure, interfaces, and deployment strategies while contributing to API and microservices development. Support testing activities including automated testing and continuous integration, then troubleshoot issues to optimize performance and ensure secure data protection. Apply secure development practices to support reliable product delivery across telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and industrial automation sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in software development, UI development, HMI development, or a related role
- Experience developing user interfaces or HMI systems, preferably using Android XML
- Working knowledge of Java and Kotlin
- Strong understanding of software development practices, including coding, debugging, testing, version control, and CI/CD concepts
- Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing software for embedded, automotive, mobile, or connected-device platforms
- Familiarity with Agile development, test-driven development, automated testing, or continuous delivery practices
- Experience with APIs, microservices, server-side development, or full-stack application development
- Interest in improving user experience, application performance, and development efficiency through new tools and technologies
