Job Summary
Develop the training structure for individual and group sessions on the Buena App and conduct nationwide software training for property management teams across Germany. Identify adoption gaps where employees struggle with the application, measure adoption at the employee level using established KPIs, and respond strategically to these issues. Become the subject matter expert for the Buena App while building a training program from scratch. This role requires fluent German, prior experience in the real estate sector, and a preference for in-office work.
Required Qualifications
