Job Summary
Conduct software testing and documentation, including selecting suitable testing methods and designing automated tests. Draft test specifications and instructions while analyzing and reporting on results to monitor progress. Collaborate with developers to implement quality measures and prepare quotations for necessary tests. Ensure required test coverage and perform initial analysis of customer error reports. Create process documentation such as test concepts. Requires several years of professional experience in software testing, completed vocational training in computer science, and strong technical English skills. Fluency in German is essential. Full-time position in Bremen, Germany with willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Several years' professional experience in software testing
- Very good written and spoken English, particularly technical English
- Completed vocational training in computer science (e.g. FIAN) or a technical degree
- Good knowledge of scripting languages, e.g. Python
- Very good written and spoken German
- Willingness to travel
