Job Summary
Lead role responsible for end-to-end software quality, defining test strategy across functional, integration, system, performance, and automated testing; drive test planning, risk identification, and release readiness; establish scalable test frameworks and best practices; ensure traceability between requirements, risks, test cases, and results; mentor junior test engineers; collaborate with development leads, product owners, cybersecurity teams, and global stakeholders; requires experience with Windows/web applications and technologies such as .NET, React, Angular, JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, automation frameworks, API testing (Postman/JMeter), Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and familiarity with cybersecurity practices; strong communication and problem-solving skills; location: Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science
- 8 to 10 years of experience in software testing
