Job Summary

Software Test Engineer position focusing on defining, developing, and executing integration and qualification tests for aerospace software and RF/subsystem interfaces. Responsibilities include creating test cases from requirements and design documents, preparing and reviewing verification procedures and reports, conducting lab-based verification, analyzing results, documenting findings, tracking defects, mapping test cases to automated scripts, participating in Systems Technical Review Board activities, and pursuing continuous improvement through exposure to latest technologies and products. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, 3+ years of relevant test experience, proficiency with test plans and defect management, familiarity with requirements management and systems engineering processes, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to obtain NATO clearance. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an applicable scientific discipline
  • 3+ years of experience defining, developing, and executing integration or qualification tests
  • Experience investigating, recommending, and resolving defects; familiarity with integration and verification systems
  • Proficiency in test plan, procedure, and report preparation
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools and systems engineering processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and draw sound conclusions
  • Enthusiastic contributor with ownership mindset
  • Ability to obtain NATO security clearance
  • Eligibility to work in Canada plus compliance with Canadian Controlled Goods program requirements
