Job Summary
Design, develop, and test application software for Windows, UNIX, and other specified programs while building Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) in an Agile environment. Construct applications using specified programming languages per Government requirements and conduct component and system integration level testing on complex software products. Support computer systems running Microsoft Windows NT, Unix, and Linux operating systems, and install, configure, and use security products including host and network-based firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Requires TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Minimum of three (3) years in commercial, Government, or academic setting, or four (4) years academic experience developing with object-oriented programming languages
- Minimum one (1) year experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environment OR minimum one (1) year experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments developing complex programs using C, C#, C++, Java or other comparable languages
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in conducting both component and system integration level testing on complex software products
- Minimum two (2) years' experience as a system administrator supporting computer systems running Microsoft Windows NT, Unix, and Linux operating systems
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in C, C++, Perl, Python, or other scripting languages
- Experience installing, configuring, and using personal security products including host and network-based firewalls and intrusion detection systems
