Job Summary
Develop, coordinate, and execute test programs for Test Division ALRE systems while performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, procedures, data, briefs, and reports. Analyze test results to identify discrepancies, collaborate with teams to resolve malfunctions, and participate in program and systems engineering technical reviews for ADMACS. Provide recommendations for improvements based on testing results and operational feedback. This role requires a US citizen with DoD Secret Clearance eligibility, located in Lakehurst, NJ, with 3-5 years of software test experience. NDI Engineering Company provides engineering services to Government clients focused on national defense.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen
- ability to qualify for a DoD Secret Clearance
- Engineering or Science degree
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in the software test engineering field
- 3+ year experience with ALRE or similar systems
- Experience with test and evaluation processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
- Ability to support travel to work aboard US Carriers
- Working in the Lakehurst, NJ
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with agile software test and evaluation processes including Scaled Agile Framework
- Good verbal and written communications skills
