Software Test Engineer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# & Python, execute automated and manual tests to identify software defects and ensure product quality, collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans, analyze test results and work with the development team to resolve issues, participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality, develop and maintain test documentation including test cases, test plans, and test reports, continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- proven experience as a Software Test Engineer or similar role
- strong proficiency in C# and experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, NUnit, MSTest)
- solid understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, security)
- experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- attention to detail and commitment to high-quality software
