Job Summary
Software Test Engineer responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. Collaborates with developers and product teams to identify defects, automate testing processes, and help deliver high-quality solutions. Role includes a two-week-onsite, two-week-remote rotation with per diem and all travel expenses; future programs may offer fully remote opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 3–7 years of experience in software or systems testing within aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomy, or embedded systems
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Verification & Validation (V&V), regression, functional, and integration testing
- Experience developing test cases and procedures
- Ability to interpret technical requirements, interface specifications, system documentation, and architectures
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and defect reporting skills
- Experience documenting test results and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
