Job Summary
Analyze software requirements to define test strategy and design L2 test cases for BCM feature application within the FNV3.x architecture. Develop and maintain automated test suites using GTest and Python, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for nightly execution. Configure test environments, manage defects, and generate coverage reports to identify gaps in requirement and code analysis. Investigate test failures to determine root causes related to the system, environment, or scripts, while expanding negative-scenario coverage as designs evolve. Requires 6+ years in IT and 4+ years in software development, with a Master's degree.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in IT
- 4+ years in software development
- 6+ years of automotive software test automation experience
- 3+ years of Body Control Software verification experience
- 2+ years of experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- 2+ years of proven experience in software testing, particularly L2 (ECU-level) testing
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience with test automation framework development and script implementation, such as Python and CAPL
- 2+ years of proficiency in test case design and test management tools, such as TestRail and Jama
- 1+ year of experience working with Agile frameworks
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Master's Degree
